I think this Phlebotomy Career Training is really impactful. I think it’s imperative to do the Hands- On portion because it demonstrates a lot techniques and skills that I genuinely don’t think I would have gotten only through the online portion. Ms. Lily and Zainab show they really care and are here to push us to be our greatest self in this field.

The best choice I made was to come here. The environment is very welcoming and everyone is super helpful. My instructor Ms.Lilly is an amazing person she gave me the confidence to believe in myself. If anyone is thinking of going into the Medical Field I recommend this place!! 10/10 amazing learning experience and very comfortable learning environment!!

I had a wonderful experience at Phlebotomy Career Training. I started there in March, and from the very beginning the environment was supportive, professional, and welcoming. The teaching and explanations were amazing, especially with Ms. Lieali. She truly cares about her students and always makes sure everyone understands everything clearly. She is patient, kind, and very encouraging. What I really loved about this place is that they give students many opportunities to grow and improve. When they see a student working hard and doing well, they support them even more and help them use their skills and talents in the best way possible. I always completed my work carefully, and they recognized my effort and believed in my abilities. They even gave me an approval paper showing that I was doing a great job, which allowed me to continue my hours with a doctor and gain more real experience. This made me feel proud and motivated to keep improving myself. The staff are extremely friendly, respectful, and supportive. The phlebotomy class was excellent. The instructor always made sure every student received the help and guidance they needed to succeed. The lessons were clear, easy to follow, and made learning enjoyable. Completing the required blood draws was challenging and took dedication, but with hard work and support from the instructor, I was able to achieve my goal. I would highly recommend this class to anyone inspired to become a phlebotomist, as it provides both the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to build confidence and succeed in the field.

I came to Phlebotomy Career Training in September 2024 for my Phlebotomy Technician Certification and loved it so much that I came back to complete my Clinical Medical Assisting Certification as well. I had the pleasure of having the most wonderful teacher by our side for both classes, teaching us and getting us ready for the real world. You can tell she absolutely loves what we do and truly wants to shape us into the best medical assistants and phlebotomists we can be. The way the class is structured matches perfectly with what we learn in the online courses so nothing feels inconsistent. She taught us how to properly take patients in, how to listen to their worries, how to take vitals, draw blood, give vaccines, and even how to do medication calculations. She would share real life stories that showed how serious this job really is. One that stuck with me was about a patient whose blood pressure reading was taken incorrectly and because it wasn’t done properly, the patient ended up being prescribed blood pressure medication they didn’t need, which caused them to faint and could have been life threatening. Those stories really showed us the importance of accuracy and care. I also l
